From 1974 to date, engaged in private practice with emphasis in civil litigation with trial practice in the Federal and State Courts of the Commonwealth in the following areas:

Tort litigation arising from personal injury and wrongful death in areas of medical malpractice, product liability, automobile negligence, general liability situations and workers compensation.

Appellate practice before the Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court, including oral argument before the SJC in Agis v. Howard Johnson Company, 355 N.E.2d 315, wherein the Court adopted theory of recovery for intentional infliction of emotional distress without the necessity of physical injury; and representation in the case of Delicata v. Ann Bourlesses, 404 N.E.2d 667, wherein the Court set forth the standards to be applied in offers of proof before medical malpractice tribunals.
