Appellate practice before the Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court, including oral argument before the SJC in Agis v. Howard Johnson Company, 355 N.E.2d 315, wherein the Court adopted theory of recovery for intentional infliction of emotional distress without the necessity of physical injury; and representation in the case of Delicata v. Ann Bourlesses, 404 N.E.2d 667, wherein the Court set forth the standards to be applied in offers of proof before medical malpractice tribunals.
